RESERVATION POLICIES:

TIKKA TOURS is a licensed Australian agency which affords you consumer protection. Quotes for travel arrangements will be valid for a period of 7 days. Please note that any verbal quotations are estimates only and all arrangements will be subject to confirmation and availability. Upon booking a completed booking form is required by Tikka Tours. Once all services are confirmed you will be issued with a confirmed itinerary and invoice for deposit and final payment. A deposit of 20% per person and full names of all travellers as per passport are required to secure the booking. Any additional deposits will be advised at time of booking if the policies of the supplier being booked require. Booking requests within 90 days before the departure date must be accompanied by full payment at the time of request.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Written cancellations more than 60 days prior to departure results in loss of deposit plus any other fees which hotels, cruise operators or airlines may impose. 30-59 days prior to departure will incur a $500 fee per person plus any other fees imposed by our providers. No refund will be given for cancellations made within 29 days of departure. Force Majeure, where circumstances outside our control affect the travel arrangements, we offer alternative arrangements or products of comparable standard or refund at the discretion of TIKKA TOURS.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS FOR CHECK-IN:

Travel documents will be issued after final payment has been received. Travel documents may include special conditions including restrictions such as baggage size and weight limits. Travel documents are not transferable. It is the responsibility of the passenger to advise us of any changes to passports or identification details that occur in between placing the booking and the tour.

AIRLINE TICKETS:

All airline tickets must be issued in the name of the passport holder and some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies and the booking may be cancelled. Please note that all airfares and taxes are subject to change until ticketed confirmation due to seasonal surcharges.

VISA INFORMATION:

Australian national tourists can arrive at any of the nine international airports including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Goa within 30 days of being issued an E-VISA. Online Indian Tourist Visa stamped in your passport before departure may prevent long queues on arrival. Sri Lanka has an E-VISA for a stay of up to 30 days. It is advised travellers check the Australian Government’s website at smarttraveller.gov.au or by phone 1300 555 135 before travelling to destinations.
