How would you like to wine and dine your way around the apple isle?
Fully escorted & limited to a small group of only 10-14 passengers, DOMESTIKKA’s regional specialist will take you on a custom-made luxury gourmet journey. Start with your arrival into Launceston and check into your historic boutique accommodation in a converted Silo! Visit Bay of fires and the white sandy beaches of Binalong Bay and go on a wine tour at the House of Arras – now famous for its award-winning sparkling wine. Depart for Richmond and walk along its pictureque famous bridge & lunch at Hatchers Manor before arriving in Hobart, where you will spend 3 nights staying in the historic Orient Hadley hotel, centrally located within walking distance to Salamanca Markets & CBD. During your stay you will visit the markets, wine & dine in some of the city’s favourite restaurants and enjoy leisure time to explore the city. Spend a day on Bruny Island, where you will go on a ‘foodie’ tour & get the chance to spot whales on your return ferry ride. From here you head to Strahan via Derwent for lunch at their local pub before a visit to Wall of the Wilderness and Nelson Falls. A trip to Strahan would not be complete without a cruise along the Gordan river, through Tasmania’s Wilderness World Heritage area – all done in luxury on the cruise ship’s top deck with lunch & drinks included. Travel from Strahan to Cradle Mountain and check into Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge for the night. You will learn about Tasmanian devils, enjoy a wine & cheese tasting, take a walk around Dove lake, animal spotting along the way & lunch at the tavern. On the way back to Launceston stop at Sheffield to see its famous Murals.
This will be a very enjoyable, well-paced tour experience, all done in DOMESTIKKA signature comfort and style.
